I had a very good experience with everyone in the office. Everyone was friendly and caring. The visit with Karri was kind, caring and thorough. She explained everything very well and was able to schedule all lab work and procedures all in one week. Her nurse,Denise was very kind and I especially appreciated her phone call on the morning of my procedure. Dr. Hathaway was professional and kind. Thank you to everyone.

I was really nervous about this appointment for a few reasons but everyone I dealt with was so nice! You do most of the new patient paperwork on an app before you come in and it is very in depth and inclusive as well. A lady who came in after I did had trouble with understanding the app and one of the receptionists helped her complete it which I thought that was really sweet. The wait to see the PA was not long and she was very friendly and easy to understand without being condescending. I feel like she was very thorough with her overview of what was going on but she also didn’t take too long to go over it either. She offered me a couple of different options for what to do next and answered the few questions I had as well. I felt heard which is very important and sadly hard to come by thes

Friendly staff nurses and she took the time to explain to me what my symptoms could mean. She let me ask any questions that I need to ask. She came up with the easiest solutions first, then explained what we're some more invasive solutions. So far easy solution working great!

My experience with Kerri Ray was excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind . Her nurse Denise was excellent as well . I had insurance problem and she helped me. I now have insurance that covers Bullock county so ready to go !

Everyone gave respect and politeness. Definitely will recommend. Mrs.Kari herself was very sweet and took the time to listen thoroughly .
