Most of these reviews are fake (you can see they follow the same verbiage word for word) and this business feels like a scam. My grandma has used her for her hearing aids twice and both times the same issue happened (the other 1 star reviews sound all too familiar... There's a pattern). If you attempt to do business with Karen she will give you a timeframe your hearing aids will be done. Then you won't hear any updates. You will call to find out information and she will say that she needs to "check with the factory". Then no follow up. For months you hear nothing from her. You have to hope she answers then expect to hear an excuse about the factory. (where is a tracking number, any form of paper trail that shows the communication between her and the factory?). Dr. MacMahon is extremely rude and unprofessional. My father has been waiting for his hearing aids for almost 4 months!! Every time we call, she treats us poorly and keeps saying the same thing...." They'll be in next week". Next week never comes and there is no explanation nor apology. She speaks rudely to my mother and my family is very frustrated as this is negatively affecting my father's quality of life. I have never been exposed to a medical professional who exhibits little concern for her patients. My advice: Go anywhere else.

I have used Karen for the past 4 years and have nothing but praise for her work. Professional, timely, skilled, personable and friendly are but a few adjectives which describe her and the service she provides. Highly recommend.

I find her a caring, pleasant professional who knows what she is doing and takes the extra step to make sure that I am not inconvenienced. Both my visits were fruitful and I will continue to see her for my hearing needs. Strongly recommend.

I have been hearing impaired since birth and have a lot of experience with audiologists. Karen Mcmahon is far and away the best in my experience. She is always friendly, her work is excellent and the fees are very reasonable. I recommend her services without reservation!
