Karen Frank is rude and very uncaring. I went in needing an antibiotic.. Her intake person wanted me to have covid and flu test. Totally unnecessary. Having never seen her before I expected an introduction when she came into the room I had been waiting in for 30 minutes. But NO I got "So what do want me to do". I explained I needed an antibiotics. "SO WHAT KIND DO YOU WANT". I ask for Amoxicillin. They called the prescription into mail order. I received it a month later. She should not be practicing medicine on humans. I filed a complaint and was written off. Now I'm receiving a bill for $38.30 even after Medicare has paid $150.14 and an insurance adjustment of $21.56. A total of $210. Far beyond what most of the patients are paying. My insurance is paying for the uninsured and now th

Dr. Frank is truly a God send to our community. She is a compassionate advocate for her patients. She is humble enough to admit when she doesn't know something and caring enough to look for answers. Many providers are too proud to do this but Dr. Frank goes above and beyond. My daughter finally got diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder after two years of looking for answers to her vague symptoms. Dr. Frank stood by her, made countless referrals, and BELIEVED her when she said she was sick. Having worked in health care for over a decade, I know this quality is not common. Many patient concerns are dismissed by providers when answers aren't easily available. She was/is a big part of my family's health journey. Our quality of life is significantly better simply by her believing her patients

She’s an AMAZING Dr.! Always takes time with me, as well as my husband who is a patient of hers. My husband got really sick a few months ago. We wasn’t sure what was causing it, Dr.Frank came in and treated him like a family member! I can’t thank her or her staff enough!

I take my elderly parents to Dr. Frank and have been very pleased. She is very thorough and caring. She works at connecting with them, listening to them and helping them to live as well as they can at their advanced age.
