Not at all into tech. Everything is by paper and snail mail. Unable to work effectively and do not return calls. Often the phone number goes to a dead line. Took 2 years to finally meet the doctor, only worked w/ RN. Just can't figure out what is going on here. Have not called in a month to give me feedback on my test results.

The lady’s in the front are very rude when making an appointment via phone they make it almost impossible to make it basically telling me to go to urgent care and I can’t make an appointment if I didn’t go there first and after telling them I went to urgent care they ask for the locations address. After being on the phone unnecessarily for 10 min when it shouldn’t take that long to make an appointment , she kept telling me to calm down and relax. This place is terribly ran. I’m changing my doctors.

Super difficult. Can't get an appointment for a month. Was stuck in traffic, so they called to say it would be 10 minutes late. Then they couldn’t find the office. No one answers phones. Walked around for 5 minutes. Upon arrival, I was told to wait. Then they called me up to say I was out of the 15-minute window (by 2 minutes) and had to make another appointment. The earliest appointment was 1 month away! They wouldn’t let me wait and see if they had an opening. They wouldn’t explain when they didn’t answer phones. No wiggle room. Super rude about it how they communicated it as well. When you have waited 1 month for an appointment to be told you need to wait another month after driving an hour and be talked poorly. No good.

The worst doctors visit ever. Went in for a simple check up as a new patient. I didn’t even see Dr. Dix she instead sent a nurse practitioner to see me. Dr Dix office charged my insurance for more than what was done. Then withheld my lab results for 6 months because they wanted me to come into the office so they can charge my insurance again! When i refused they withheld my lab results. They called me 6 months later to inform me of a diagnosis that could’ve been prevented had they told me 6 months prior. I strongly suggest you find another doctor because they do not care about you. By the grace of god I’m still here.

I called this office twice today to try to get an appointment as a new patient. I am very disappointed at the incompetency of the staff. They had me on hold for 20 minutes total. The problem is they close at 4pm and was still on hold past that time! I can imagine that incompetent staff member clocked out and left a prospective patient on hold. That is not a good first impression at all. I am going to change doctor and ensure that staff are competent to take calls and book appointments. I am going to be a physician someday. I will ensure that my future staff are not unorganized and disheveled. The doctor is going to lose business because of incompetent staff members like the one that left me on hold.
