I used to HATE going to the dentist like most people do. Dr. Karen Berrios changed all of that for me. Even with injections she’s so great!! Her and her staff are so friendly and helpful in person as well as on the phone. She’s giving me my smile back and I couldn’t be more thankful. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I use to be a patient with health care partners of SC. I chose the dentist office of Karen Berrios because she was in network. Everything was fine during the first couple of visits. But on the visit I had to get my impressions for dentures was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. As the plate was put in my mouth for the upper impression, I began to gag. This made me throw up a little on my bib that was placed around my neck. So the plate was taken out immediately by Dr. Berrios. Her immature, inconsiderate, unprofessional assistant took it upon her self to laugh and walk out of the room to go and gossip about what had just happened to me in the room during my impressions to another employee. Not waiting until I left and speaking loudly enough for me to hear. Causing embar

Love this dental office. They are very patient with children and the parents. The best one I've been to in a long time. My children love it here! All the staff are extremely kind and helpful.
