Dr. Rivera is such a beautiful and kind soul. She listens and answers to any questions or concerns. I can’t recommend her enough. If you read this Dr, thank you for everything!

Dr. Karely Rivera has been amazing with my children and has been able to answer all of our questions. Her staff is also very helpful and friendly every time we have gone. Her P.A. Garza has also been wonderful in answering our questions and concerns in person and over the phone. Very great experiences here.

On February 21, 2023 My daughter and I (Grandma) called to get an appt for my newborn granddaughter regarding her having a fever and spitting up her formula. We went Dr Rivera since she had been there before. When we got there Dr Rivera refused medical care for my sick granddaughter with a fever. Dr Rivera office stated, that the Dr Rivera said, she can’t see her unless we do her 1 month shot which is too early. We already have set an appt for her 6wks-2month somewhere else. I never knew someone like Dr Rivera could be so “Cruel and Evil” to refuse medical attention to a sick newborn baby. I would not recommend Dr River to no one. We were devastated and still can’t believe that this happened.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, my daughter took my 5 month old granddaughter with fever, she tested positive for COVID. As soon as those results came in, the PA rushed my daughter out and didn't answer any questions or even bother to ask if my daughter (first time mom) have any questions or concerns. So my daughter came home with my sick granddaughter and unanswered questions. The weekend is here and we will have to do our best to help our poor baby girl feel better and doctor her on our own. This so unprofessional. NO RECOMMENDING anyone here. 😡 A NO STAR RATING

We have been patients for the past 9 years. Dr Rivera, PA’s and her staff are great with my children and have answered all my questions and concerns. They have answered after hour phone calls and have always returned my calls when I left messages for the PA. I have never had a complaint or refused service . Highly recommend.
