Kaplan Barron Pediatrics

Absolutely loving the new set-up and building! So glad they finding better medical office and the amount of spacing inside is sooo much more than old office not to mention parking spaces!!! We visiting the WELL side which probably both are the same other than one for sick one for well waiting rooms. The patient rooms are way bigger too and very organize with new equipment which always nice. Only problem I having is we got there early for our appt and signing in but apparently glitch in new computer system bc while I was there we got phone call stating we were no shows even though we were playing in the waiting room. They were very quick to correcting once I went to front desk to saying what is happening?! So hour wait in waiting room was glitch and not the usual waiting time which I would

We love Kapplan Barron! My son has been going going here since he was born and they even saw him in the hospital when first born! He was sick a lot as a baby and anytime we have called we have almost immediately gotten an appointment for as fast as we could make it there or within next 2 hours. All the pediatricians are great that we have seen but our main one, Holly, is great with our kiddo!

My son is two now and he loves Dr. bomb I love the atmosphere of the doctors office and everybody is so sweet. I recommend anybody to take their kids there.

Holly and Jeanna are the best! They alway take the best care of my babies and make us feel heard about any concerns we have! Can’t recommend the two of them enough.

The providers are great and it’s because of the providers why my kids are still patients of the practice, the front desk however is HORRIBLE. It was not like this at the bardstown road location, but since they’ve moved it’s a lot of young people working there now. Hannah (if that’s even her real name) is very rude, unprofessional and a liar. If you have any complaints regarding staff at the office don’t even bother speaking with the office manager Kathy because she won’t listen and will dismiss any complaints you may have taking her employee’s side automatically.
