Most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced. Just moved here from the mainland & tried to set up an appointment. They were initially very nice & helpful, until it turned. A little backstory: I was getting an appointment here to continue some minor fillings etc. I had started in the states. Because of this, I already had recent x-rays taken & my insurance only covers one set per year. I asked them if, instead of paying $110 out of pocket for new x-rays, I could have my previous dentists email them over, to which ANNE agreed. I was told the doctor would "review them" & get back to me. In addition to seeing a regular dentist, I'd also been seeing an orthodontic surgeon just two months ago, so I had TWO sets of x-rays sent in to the office. Lo & behold, one business day prior to my appoint

Okay from me getting referred to them from my military dentist (due to taking care of a class 3 so I can deploy faster) … I had an amazing first experience for my cleaning with my hygienist she’s amazing , got my couple fillings before another appointment , it was the best experience each time …. And so is the staff, they are soo amazing and of course I chosed them For my daughter’s dentist due to not having a child dentist on base . And they absolutely are amazing , my daughters use to hate going dentist appointments , but they loved it here . They inform you of everything , and are very understanding and very professional. I recommend this dentist office to anyone who looking for a new clinic . And it’s close to base (Schofield Barracks). :)

I had an emergency a cap came off one of my front teeth. I rang at 8am 23.12. The gave me an appointment. I was there 3 hours for treatment. I loved the staff. I am not the easiest of patients but the patience and care provided to me was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot praise them enough.

This was my first dentist appointment since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, and I was very impressed by Kanemaru's new policies. When they confirmed my appointment, they sent out a video that very clearly described what I needed to do when I arrived and showed all of the changes in the office to keep employees and patients safe. When I arrived, they moved me through the screening process and into the chair very quickly. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. They always remember who I am and make me feel right at home. It's obvious how much they care.
