Not sure why pharmacist are always the last measure of who receives a necessary prescription, my Periodontist Whom there is only one on the islandprescribed me an antibiotic for an ongoing sinus infection that was affecting my teeth Dangerously painfulThis pharmacy refused to sell me the prescribed AntibioticI needed for my sinus infection based on the fact they had never. Received a prescription from a Periodontist and referred to it as “weird”. I’m sitting here in pain and now I need to go to another doctor again to get another prescription. I would not have one sent to this pharmacy ever again and I will never use this pharmacy again as they have gotten in my way of my. recovery! As if I really wanna take antibiotics anyhow avoid This business!

Worst pharmacy ever. The man running the place (Greg) is either not capable of doing his job or doesn’t care or on some power trip messing with his customers. I don’t like writing bad reviews but people should know what a disaster this place is. The pharmacy is close to my house and with anemia driving long distance isn’t ideal so even though I had poor experiences with them in the past I decided to use them for this so I didn’t have to make the drive to Waimea. Just like last time I got stories and run arounds from Greg resulting in no medication and a lot of added stress and phone calls which is the last thing you want to deal with when you aren’t feeling well. I had a terrible experience. My primary care doctor tried calling and faxing in my prescription several times and each time the pharmacist angrily claimed he never received it and blamed my doctor. After two hours of this run-around he then told my doctor it was illegal for him accept the prescription since my doctor was in California. I ended up having to drive 45 minutes to the CVS in Waimea, which had no issues accepting the prescription.
