Dr. Mitri has been my dentist for approximately 25 years. He and his staff have always been professional and kind. He is very efficient and my wait in the waiting room has never been more than 10 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. Mitri for 6+ years and I will never go anywhere else for dental care. He and his assistant are always efficient (yet thorough!), friendly, on time, and do a great job of explaining the how and why of what they do. I had to get a crown put in unexpectedly and they offered for me to pay in installments, which was truly appreciated. A truly wonderful, skilled team.

Dr. Mitri's office represents everything I want in a dentist: professionalism, efficiency, and competence. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my cleaning to begin after arriving at the office. Dr. Mitri is certified to use a special cleaning tool that cleans much quicker than scraping tools at other dentist offices. I also never feel like Dr. Mitri or his associates are trying to sell me on any unnecessary treatment or procedures. After several years of getting regular check-ups at Dr. Mitri's, I would definitely recommend them as a reliable, professional, and competent dental practice.

First visit: I spent 45 minutes communicating between the receptionist and my insurance (over the phone) because Dr. Mitri’s office hadn’t bothered to confirm whether they accepted my insurance when I provided it at the time of making the appointment weeks prior. After confirming that my visit would be covered, I received a teeth cleaning that took all of 5 minutes as well as an X-ray that Dr. Mitri did not show me or review in my presence. He just yelled into the waiting room “looks good, see you next time.” Second visit: My insurance had not changed since the previous visit, so I expected things to go more smoothly. Only after I’d taken the time off work, gotten myself across the city and waited for 20 minutes in their waiting room was I informed that they no longer accepted my insuran

Visited today as a new patient, and really liked this EFFICIENT old school dental office. Dr. Mitri provides all the care himself (thorough exam, ultrasonic water-pick cleaning and traditional polishing) and checks the digital panoramic x-rays before you leave. He explains things in a direct, clear way. No hygienist involved. There is a very friendly office assistant who greets and takes the the X-rays. Simple two page new patient form. In and out in 30 mins. Booked my 6 month follow up on the spot. Happy to have this practice in my neighborhood, and appreciate the later office hours some days. Super convenient all the way around.
