She is a excellent doctor. I like her very much, but refill a prescription IS A NIGHTMARE!!! 5 DAYS UNTIL THEY CALL THE PHARMACY!!!! I miscount and I call 3 days before I run out of my medicine. I call and explain. The nurse say that IS A PROTOCOL TO FOLLOW, that she will notify Dr. FEHR and see IF SHE AUTHORIZED TO CALL THE PHARMACY BECAUSE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO WITHOUT HER APROVAL!! What I suppose to do? Go to the emergency room, paid 150 dollars co-pay and said hey! can you refill my prescription so my diabetes can stay in control? RIDICULOUS!!!

Dr. Kallie was super friendly and professional—really made me feel at ease! The receptionist, though, wasn’t as welcoming and seemed a bit short on patience. Still, I’m giving a 3 stars because the overall care was great. Just hoping the phone receptionist can be a little kinder and more patient with folks in the future!

The doctor was very friendly, but when my wife was seen, the doctor submitted an incorrect code to the insurance company. This mistake caused me significant trouble. I spent many hours and several months trying to get it corrected. Throughout this long and frustrating process, the front desk’s first reaction was to shift responsibility, which forced me to spend a great deal of time fixing an error that was not mine. It was clearly the doctor’s mistake, yet I ended up receiving additional bills because of it. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I paid a heavy price in time and effort. And when I informed the front desk again, I did not feel any sense of apology from them.
