Stopped using this facility back in 2012ish. I've recently had to visit this place again due to insurance. If you have an appointment to see the doctor at a certain time, your doctor should be there at that time, not 45 min later. Also, Been waiting for my prescription for 3 weeks now because Dr. Brown won't reply to the pharmacy... Now she's on Christmas vacation and still hasn't replied to the pharmacy. Well.. I guess some things never change. Guess I'll go find another doctor.

Walk-in at Kalkaska Medical was very quick and easy. The front desk employee was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. All staff I interacted with were caring and took their time with me. I would definitely visit again if primary doctor is not available.

I see Dr Natalie Okerson Sparks and I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to do so. It's worth it to have a doctor that listens and is there to make a difference. She understands my condition and has been helping me to live my best life. She is truly an amazing, smart, friendly, knowledgeable doctor and she cares. My daughter's also see her and they agree it's worth the drive to find someone you trust.
