Kaiser Vision essentials

The opticians themselves are very nice and attentive. I've been here twice and both times have dealt with the same service representative in the A.M. She has the worst patient care and is very snappy. I have worked for vision essentials in the past and am aware of what certain positions can and can't do. The service representative does not like to do anything other than check in patients and tosses any questions to the opticians even if it's something that can and should be answered by her. I walked in quickly just to see if my daughters glasses were ready for pick up. I had a small amount of time so I figured if both orders weren't in I would come back at a later time. It was very busy so I figured I would ask about the status of the orders so I wouldn't have to wait if they were not rea

Walked in today because they were advertising a sale for designer eyeglasses. I was very interested in purchasing new eyewear. However, I was never greeted or approached. Not even a simple hello after browsing for at least five minutes . Very poor customer service

Excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs.

Really nice opticians and front desk workers.
