I came here for my physical therapy. The service is really efficient and helpful. It’s next to Ohlone pharmacy. Inside plenty of seating and staff are helpful.

This is for the orthopedics department. It's one thing to be impossible to reach someone there, but it's another to finally get an appointment, only for them to cancel on you without notice. I had to drive 20+ minutes out of my way, park two buildings over because so many ignorant non-disabled people think it's perfectly fine to park their cars in the blue spots. They did call me, albeit an 7:00AM which I've told them, as someone who works late, 7:00AM is not appropriate and 10:00 would be the earliest I could take calls, but they don't listen. Even if they did call at such an un-Godly hour, it would've been nice if they had the common courtesy to leave a message, but that didn't occur either. Now, they want me to wait ANOTHER month living in constant pain of OA and torn ligaments before
