Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center

’ve had blood work done multiple times at the lab at Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center, and the experience is consistently excellent. The technicians are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They make the entire process smooth and quick, which is especially appreciated when you’re coming in for something that’s not exactly fun. Appointments run on time, the lab is well organized, and I’m always in and out faster than expected. The staff does a great job of making you feel comfortable and at ease. It’s refreshing to have such a positive experience every time. Highly recommend!

Went in for an appointment at this medical center last week and overall it was a decent experience. The front desk staff was polite and helped me check in without much hassle, even though it was a bit busy. I didn’t have to wait too long before being called back, which I appreciated. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, not rushed. The facility looked clean and organized, though the parking area could be a little tighter during peak hours. I felt comfortable enough with the care I received and would consider coming back if needed.

I usually don't write reviews for hospitals because I feel that if you are a medical employee you know the ups and downs and what to expect from your profession. Kaiser I feel is a great organization as a whole. Doctors always communicate with their patients and the KP app assists greatly in keeping your team of physicians connected and on the same page. The only issue, if you can call it that, is when getting blood drawn. I am a very hard stick due to unfortunate events in my life. I am extremely anxious and tense because I know it is difficult. I sit there patiently waiting as I am turned into a pin cushion. Then I have to have the Pic team called. After anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes the person comes with the ultra sound and even then, it takes a moment to find the vein. Phlebotomy is

Took my mom, Quanna Wells in to zion because she was displaying stroke like symptoms. Well to be short it turned out to be a UTI, they kept her overnight. The treatment she recieved was A++. Before I was don't giving the nurse at the checkin counter all the info a Dr. was there attending to her. She was taken back immediately to ER and within a few hours she had a room on the 5th FL. KAISER IS SIMPLY TOP NOTCH Thank you for the great care of my mom. Randy F.

My doctor listened and didn’t rush me, which I really apreciated. The building is clean and easy to find parking too. Wait time was a little longer than I expected, but not terrible and the staff kept things calm. I’d feel comfortable coming back here again if I need to.
