As a regular Kaiser patient, I am really grateful towards a front desk staff of Kaiser Woodlawn, Ashanti Smith, who greatly supported me when I was in a tough spot. She was extremely helpful, kind, empathetic, and actually saved my day. She is the definition of a good staff, who is needed almost everywhere these days. Although she was working in the front desk and probably was very stressed out, she maintained her professionalism, kindness, and quick thinking, which literally saved my day. I would like to wish her all the best in her future life and her career.

I have a very dedicated doctor in DoctorJames. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the care she gives. She consistently ensures that I have blood work done to monitor my health issues. The Kaiser Woodlawn Center is conveniently located. It is a full service medical center and the majority of test I need can be done there. The pharmacy hours are great.

I should sue kiaser.They are the WORST INSURANCE AN EMPLOYER CAN GIVE YOU. ITS WORST THAN WELFARE INSURANCE. I WORK, I NEEDED TWO different surgeries. Although I pay for insurance kiaser refused to pay for needed surgeries. They will allow you to become sicker or be on your death bed.
