I had an excellent experience at the orthopedic office during my follow-up visit with Dr. Huffaker after knee surgery. The entire staff is extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. From the moment we arrived, everything ran smoothly. They were very prompt in getting me seen, which I truly appreciated. We had only a very short wait for X-rays, and immediately afterward, we were taken to the exam room without any unnecessary delays. The whole process felt organized and respectful of our time. Dr. Huffaker is an excellent surgeon, positive and compassionate. He explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend him. It’s reassuring to receive care in an office where the team cares about the patients. I’m very pleased with the service I received.

My doctor is amazing - truly sees me, listens and effectively addresses my concerns. I feel lucky to have her as my primary care physician. Her team has always been really great as well - personable, genuine and efficient. The overall care that I receive is through a lens of not only a gold standard care but also through the lens of the heart.

I (Edilita) was on the fence of where I wanted to give birth with my 2nd child here. They say your gut is always right. Had baby #2 here and my experience was amazing! When I had baby #1, I was told the best L&D nurses work here and that still hold true with baby #2. I have a very high tolerance for pain where I didn't feel labor pains at all. I didn't have any gripes with my first baby just 1 minor thing that is not worth even mentioning but, I for sure did not have the same issue with baby #2. The first baby I had some pain but the second baby, the amazing nurses start to finish - 0 pain. Way to rock it ya'll nurses are the bomb! I have been a Kaiser Permanente member for 20+ years MAINLY because of the truly exceptional care my family has received from Dr. Michael Park in Walnut Creek, CA. Dr. Park has been compassionate and thoughtful during some really rough medical times for us. We are EXTREMELY grateful to Dr. Park. Anyone thinking about signing up for a doctor, I would add Dr. Park in a NY minute!! He has never disappointed us in 20+ years of being his patient. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE - no, give him a 12 out of a possible 10 score. He is exceptional.

First let me begin by stating how amazing the L&D nurses are. We had nurse Sara and nurse Claudia. They were so amazing. Words cannot describe how much they made this experience for my clients so comfortable. From advocating, explaining, patience, empathy and care. They were some of the best nurses I’ve worked with as a doula in the Bay. The unfortunate one star come from our experience with Dr. Sara Won. Initially she came in with a plan that wasn’t really in line with what my client wanted. She was not only pushy, she was almost forceful in her recommendations of next steps. We had to ask for time to consider the options and reset. We asked her to come back after we had time to discuss.
