Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care

Very bad experience I have today. I waited almost 2 hour with my son and all the kids same issue my son have are all gone and we waited and waited. All other kids are gone 😔. I have no idea what to say. But very experience..

Visited on a Sunday evening and was quickly seen. Everyone I interacted with was so kind! The medical assistant (apologies, didn’t get her name) and Dr. Kwee were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Both made me feel very comfortable :)

So grateful to have their services. A big thank you to the staff and all the doctors. You rock!

Don't leave negative reviews for a wait time, this is urgent care, and some waiting is expected no matter where you go. If you want zero wait, go to a private doctor. That said, once I was seen, the staff here were professional, caring, and attentive. They addressed my needs promptly and treated me with respect. This place doesn’t deserve a 1-star review over something that’s standard everywhere.
