I had a routine physical there and everyone was SO NICE. The lovely woman who checked me in (laura)? I hate that I forgot her name, was so sweet and helpful!!! Great conversation! My doctor was also excellent and professional!!! Also, I went back for lab work and there was a security woman named Brittney (spelling was different) who was so kind and great at directing people where to go! All around, everyone there that I interacted with definitely made me feel at ease. 👍🏾🙏🏽
Check in online....wait dont do that because it doesnt count, check in at the receptionist so you can wait 30 min later than your appointment. Never once on time...never.
Told me wait would be about 20 minutes. Waited for about 45 minutes before checking in and they told me my prescription was not even started. Waited over an hour to finally get my prescription
