Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center is absolutely wonderful! They made me so comfortable during my breast cancer process. They move so quickly and they were all so kind! I definitely recommend Kaiser for your medical needs! I am now cancer free and I am so happy. Thank you so much.

Once again I had a wonderful experience at Kaiser Sunnyside! I entered the doors and was met with a friendly hello from security. Pulled my registration ticket and within seconds was called to get registered. I walked down to Radiology (with excellent signage on the way) and again was met with friendly faces. My appointment was easy, smooth and got answers right away from an MD. Follow care was clearly communicated and I was on my way home. My experiences in the past have always been top notch! Thank Kaiser for caring for me!

I had went to Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center for a big surgery. The confidence of my doctor was reflective of the outcome of my overall health. I was taken care of to the best of the hospital abilities. I was given medication when I asked for it and was provided a meal when I was able to eat. The personal concerns that I have may not be in relation to the hospital itself, but it’s worth noting that the hospital rooms are not structured in a way that can support a person being alone during the healing process. The room was not set up in a way where I could keep my personal devices charges or at arms reach; also the TV screen was a bit small and harder to see. I had limited mobility (at the time) so it was a bit less accessible to enjoy the smaller things as I healed. Overall the staff was

I picked up my prescriptions here for the first time. They had been transferred from another pharmacy. They have a machine from which you pull a number to establish your place in line. The lobby was full, but it didn't seem like it took very long for them to call my number. They were also calling out numbers of those who had checked in but awaiting prescriptions to be filled. When I was called to the cashier, only 2 of my 3 prescriptions were ready. The staff said it would be a 20-25 minute wait. I waited a bit then noticed the time and realized I needed to get home to feed my dogs before they started eating my furniture, again. When I told the cashier I should be removed from the queue because I had to go feed my dogs. I don't know if I zoned out and 20 minutes had already passed or if th

I've been worried about my dad for some time, 💯 shift in his personality and was so confused by his sudden anger towards me.. he's 75 I've been trying to communicate with his Dr and have an ROI. I've been angry and let her know. My dad probably told her not to talk to me, I'm assuming. I've been frustrated. However, he had an appointment that I made again... He doesn't like that. Lol Thank God I did. On the 5th of January he hit a parked car and his right (eye) side of vision became dark, had a headache which is not normal. He said it was just weird. He wasn't sure but thinks he had a stroke. That happened on a Monday, his Dr appointment was on Thursday. I could tell something was really wrong and he agreed to tell her that he might of had a stroke and didn't want to drive. I want to say
