Dr. Thomas Powers is a very kind, caring, and compassionate doctor and surgeon. He cares for his patients. He took my case to surgically repair my torn rotator cuff. He goes above and beyond to take care of his patients. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly answer any questions you may have, in a way that is easily understood. He doesn’t make you feel rushed. He doesn’t talk above you. He lets you know what all your options are so you can make the best decision and so you know exactly what to expect. He read my medical history and my informed decisions about my care before, during, and after surgery that made me feel like I was taken care of properly. It was a great experience and good attention from the front door with the security people, the receptionist, those who checked my pressure, temperature and weight. The nurse very attentive. A special greeting and thanks to the doctor on duty who helped me as my care in the emergency department is a very professional person. Everything was an excellent service, I am very grateful for the attention they gave me. I also want to thank the pharmacy area very good service. Dr. Brawley is an excellent surgeon. He placed a fistula in my brothers arm and has been following up with him since 2022. He takes the time to listen, clearly explains the procedure and process, and makes sure you’re included in the discussion every step of the way. Dr. Sheena Johnson was extremely thorough and attentive. She had a lovely bedside manner and I really felt she cared about helping me get better.
