My doctor, Dr. Kristina Rodriguez was friendly, upbeat, astute and very efficient in making her assessment of my injuries. I felt she was present, attentive and caring AND executed next steps immediately- I was able to get Xrays immediately after seeing her, she sent a NO WORK letter to interface with my work place and made a referral to a specialist for assessment of the soft tissue injuries, pain and impacted ROM. She's on it! I really appreciate the ease and flow with how everything happened. This is my first time working with Kaiser here in Santa Rosa and I was very happy with the service I got- with Kristina and also in the X-ray department. A+ :-)

I was there to follow up on a potentially abnormal routine mammogram. Each step of the process was explained to me, including what type of results would involve additional assessments. There was a lot of consideration given to my level of comfort. I was very please that a biopsy could be performed during my visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion is to get regular short cotton bathrobes instead of the traditional hospital gowns. Given they types of exams, a robe would work better.

Dr. Paci clearly explained the risks and benefits of the two potential courses of action. She was very patient with all my questions, and helped me pick the best treatment option. She has a good bedside manner and communicated well throughout the whole experience of then doing the surgery later that day. All of the staff in the orthopedic & surgery departments were professional, helpful and courteous :)

Dr. Erwin Choi & his staff provide excellent service. I am very impressed & felt well taken care of as his patient. They also went above & beyond when my fiancé went for his appointment. My appointment went so smoothly having valet parking and also my lab work done after my appointment. Kaiser provides 5 Star Service with a smile!

I am most grateful to Dr.Tien and his wonderful assistant, Laurel, for the exemplary care they gave me during the process of removing a skin cancer on my scalp two days ago. They covered all the bases - informatively, compassionately, and skillfully - and i could not be more pleased with my experience at Kaiser Head & Neck Dept., Santa Rosa, from start to finish.
