Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Chronic Pain, Endocrinology, and Neurology

Dr Kim is great. He administers my botox treatment for severe migraine and has been doing so for the last 15 years. I receive approximately 30 injections per treatment. ALTHOUGH, I had one treatment done by Dr Gong since Dr Kim was out of the office that day. She gave me 11 injections, and then Refused to administer the remaining 29. I reported this to kaiser grievance committee. They "investigated" then determined that "all injections were administered." They basically called me a liar. I had then experienced 10 weeks of almost daily migraines, until Dr. Kim resumed my treatment. I won't be renewing with Kaiser.

I really like the folks who work here. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even when I am having a bad day or a hard time, they always have a smile and a kind word. There is usually parking in the small attached lot, but there is always plenty in the big lot across the drive when it gets busy.

Refused RSD / CRPS services. Paralyzed 10/30/2018 at Round Barn Rd . on “hit” .. Set up by Dr. Turk after seeking Ketamine troches from Kaiser’s San Rafael offices and French Campus Geary Blvd. San Francisco.

Dr Sobrio was outstanding in every way.
