Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Offices Building A

I visited the urgent care center for an appointment that I had scheduled in advance. However, despite having an appointment, I encountered delays and inefficiencies in communication between the front desk, staff, and the back-office workers. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait for at least an hour before the nurse practitioner could take my vitals and schedule another appointment for the next day due to the doctor’s unavailability. The doctor was present in the clinic every time they asked questions, but their only excuse for the urgent care center’s poor service was that it was like this for a few other reasons. If you genuinely need urgent medical attention, I strongly advise against visiting this facility.

This is my first time visiting the Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical building A specifically the surgery department. I have noticed that some of the staff here can be a bit rude. They tend to raise their voices harshly when speaking to patients. It's quite different from the experience I've had at the Kaiser locations in San Francisco and Santa Clara.
