I had a very positive experience with the entire team. The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and attentive. As this was my first colonoscopy, I had quite a few concerns beforehand, but the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and helped ease my worries, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. The pre-procedure instructions and reminders were very detailed and easy to follow. Everything was communicated clearly, which made the preparation process much less stressful. My experience at the hospital was excellent. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. My wife and I had to make a trip from the Antioch area to visit my pops and this is a beautiful hospital. The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was so nice and friendly. We told her it was our first time there and we were there visiting my pops and she was very friendly and smiling and pointed us in the right direction. Once we got to my pops all the nurses and staff are so friendly and helpful when taking care of my pops, they always checked to see if me and my wife needed anything. I’m glad my pops is in good hands and thank you Kaiser for leading the way with the best hospital’s and staff in the game. We all really appreciate it. :)

My mom was here for over a week and as hospitals go this was one of her best experiences. She spent a week in a hospital in NYC with similar circumstances and that was a nightmare. Great staff, great communication. I received calls and didn’t have to chase doctors if I missed them when I was at the hospital. My mom even enjoyed the food despite her low sodium restriction.

Getting through to make an appt is near impossible because I am not a member, hoping you fix this in the future. However the staff and Dr Kim are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Kim for her dedication and attentiveness. She is so empathetic and knowledgable and very kind. I hate getting hurt at work but if and when I do I always request to see her. She gets me back to work at the right time and never rushes it. She is very thorough as well. Please take great care of her.

An exceptional and wonderful care experience. This is not my first time here, and the service remains consistently excellent. The staff at the facility are lovely and passionate about what they do. The ASU team deserves recognition for their terrific performance. Thank you very much for taking such great care of my father!
