In early September, I began feeling lightheaded during the day, collapsed later that evening in a restaurant, and was rushed by ambulance to the Roseville Medical Center - Emergency Department facility. Thanks to their extraordinary care, I am here today—and on behalf of my family and all the employees who depend on me, I want to extend my deepest gratitude. I was profoundly impressed by the exceptional level of care I received, as well as the seamless teamwork and professionalism displayed by everyone involved. Each person I encountered showed not only expertise but also genuine compassion and kindness. Very busy here but employees are great. We hit the pharmacy first then mistakenly went to another building because we had the wrong department. Employee's were very helpful. Parking is very full but people are constantly coming and going.

Kaiser Permanente mad provided me with the best health care that I have ever received in my entire life. And I’ve been fortunate to have greater doctors all my life. There’s no better place to have great healthcare than Kaiser Permanente. I certainly hope that it continues to expand in California and the 47 other contiguous states.

As a visitor I can heartily say that the person playing guitar and singing in the lobby is fabulous! His voice is extremely mellow and pleasing, his guitar work is exceptional, and his song choices are perfect and cover the decades. What a wonderful way to spend my time.

Please, guys, don’t come to the emergency room after you pass away; then someone else will take care of it. They’re just wasting time and upsetting people. I’ve blocked this KP from my GPS.
