Kaiser Permanente Point West Pharmacy

Lots of parking good place doctors healthcare awful. Grateful for preventative awful for ongoing care or people with debilitating diseases. If you have cancer run from this place.. doctors cannot seem to communicate with one. Another bedside manners are awful.

We go in there 10/1/25 my son had 2 prescriptions to get filled from his dentist when we checked in they said he had 2 prescriptions called in and to have a seat and wait for his name up come up on the board when we get up to get his prescription we only got 1 and not the 2 we waited 25 minutes for and was told if I wants the other prescription I would have to wait 25 more minutes for it…!! Why wasn’t it all filled at the same time?!!! Absolutely ridiculous kaiser

Always had a good experience here as far as pharmacies go. Be nice to the people at the counter, they deal with a lot!

I was told I had one more day on my controlled substance because the pharmacy tech didn't count properly when I could have a refill. They said it in a way that made me feel hurt like they were judging me that I was upset because I was an addict or something. I've had that happen multiple times where it was their mistake but they made me feel like I'm just trying to get early drugs. I'm changing pharmacies because I'm uncomfortable with staff treating me that way.

The pharmacy staff was so helpful and the wait time was not very long. Very unusual but nice. Keep up the good work.
