Terrible service overall . They lie about everything that will be covered when you sign up and then there’s $800+ co pays . Absolute joke of a company

This corporation is terrible. Nothing but bad experiences. This time around the pharmacy is try to charge me for a subscription I already paid for. They shorted me on my last trip by two pills and still charged full price. I come to pick up the remaining pills owed and the tried to charge me $17 for 2 pills they shorted me on. Make these numbers make sense… 12 for $22.00 but for 2 is $17? Make that make sense. They should be ashed of themselves as a corporation. Time to change my hospital.

I have been a Kaiser Permanente patient for more than half a century, and I have every intention of continuing. I appreciate their emphasis on preventive health care, and my physician is top-notch. The specialists I have seen have also been outstanding.
