Fine as health care providers. Administrative/UI cons: 1) too many pointless emails (invisible until we log in, and the clog up our mailboxes) which are nothing more than either "please rate your encounter" (the bane of the modern world) or irritating questionaires about how much exercise we do. Given the later, 2) especially annoying that there is NOT ENOUGH BIKE PARKING outside. There is one measly bike rack way up the block and one lower down. And last time I checked inside the garage it was the awful multi-bike lockers that don't fit modern fatter tires. I've often had to lock to the parking sign poles, and compete with other bikes and scooters--in a facility of this size in central SF, I'm sure dozens of people arrive by bike for a quick visit and would LOVE to be able to easily lock

I think they're under construction or something because it's suddenly walled off and smaller and staffed windows are on the left now. Maybe. I didn't see any signage about it, but the new lighting is horrible. It's hot and stuffy in there.

Some employees are rude to customers I can’t believe I have to argue that I checked in two times and have been waiting for 30 mins for my prescriptions. Come on!! We have to get our medicine and go home to rest don’t let us wait too long for our medicine… it’s also not a convenient commute to come here
