Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy

Always positive the staff have been friendly and professional.

So far I've had a great experience here. Maybe a few times there may have been a hiccup. Tell of any place that has none. So far the pharmacy has been helpful whenever I come in to pick up prescriptions. One lady (I wish I remembered her name) they were a bit understaffed, but her letting me know that, and actually looking and getting the needed response made the wait tolerable. Communicating with your customers, letting them know what's going on, understanding their time is just as valuable as there's made a lot of difference for someone as myself who can be a bit impatient. I was willing to wait based on the fact I didn't feel ignored, I was made aware of what's going on what could be done to fix a issue that wasn't my fault by far , just someone dropped the ball and that delayed needed

This place is a joke, we've been Kaiser members for over 30 years and have never had a problem with any of the Pharmacies around town that we have used, until we tried this one. The first time we gave them the benefit of doubt, the second time we gave them another benefit of doubt, the third time we have now realized this pharmacy doesn't care, doesn't know, and definitely doesn't do their job in a timely manner. Each visit took over an hour, with lots of excuses, and no empathy. We won't be visiting the Kaiser railyard pharmacy again. Our doubts has turned to resolve. Beware of the vacuum that sucks the smile from your face and leaves you shaking your head in sheer disappointment.

I happen to like this pharmacist. They are local, they have a Starbucks, and they are quick. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my prescriptions. Parking can be a bit interesting but I have a driver, so it’s not that bad. Clean, centrally located, and convenient.

Sure the place looks great. And it's incredibly well located. But it's pharmacy, despite being less than a block from Amtrak, the light rail and bus services isn't open on weekends. Which is a huge disservice to it's patients. The layout of the building is also poorly mapped making it hard to find what you are looking for when you first visit.
