Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy

I've been here plenty of times to pick up medications. I was waiting in line and "Leah," a very unprofessional female "working" there totally skipped me and called another lady in line. I was confused, shortly after her coworker called me up, before I left I told the lady who was helping me to give better training for how the line works. "Leah" says out loud, and very firm, "NO!" And proceeds to call the next person in line. The directions for the long was a bit confusing but I was where it wrote, "pick up prescription line starts here." Anyway, I am going to call also and ask them to speak to her because obviously she hasn't been well trained to be with customers. I'm just surprised her coworker was able to notice me waiting, but not the female who called up the other person waiting next

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and each time Gerardo has been very professional, kind, and informative. Thank you Gerardo for showing us that you care. We appreciate it.

We always get high quality care here. Was reluctant to switch, having negative experiences with the coverage back in the seventies, when it provided limited choices of providers. We have been with Kaiser for five years now. It is super organized and efficient, with outstanding providers. However, it does take some time to understand the system.

Takes forever to get meds. Was treated bad when I could not remember the name of my daughter's medication like I was just there to snag some drugs or something. I wish normal pharmacy would take the kaiser insurance. Can't even just order my daughter's medication normally on app because of her age. But yet my cvs account(when we had other insurance few months ago) I can see and easy order her meds. Kaiser is not making this easy at all with a child with mental disabilities

I did not like the nurse that took my blood pressure and tgat weighed me , absolutely no personality whatsoever
