Kaiser Permanente Pharmacy

I called my order in twice and the woman was very rude. Then I tried ordering online and after a few days I went to pick it up, not only was it not ready it was out of stock! Im beyond mad! Why don't they just get it ready when the doctor sends it over like EVERY OTHER PHARMACY!

Kaiser is always busy. But we have never experienced a lack of care or help from the pharmacy staff. They are all working really hard, all while maintaining professionalism and kind service. You can see with literal transparency how every staff member is moving and working. It's a bummer to wait, especially during peak seasons for illnesses, so I appreciate the pharmacy team for doing their jobs in the chaos to care for patients. Kaiser please take care of your team because they are adding indispensable quality to your customers.

I got my medication text ready for pick up used my kaiser app for the QR code stood in line for pick up. Picked up medication had to wait about 1 minutes for a pharmacist to explain when and how to use your medication. In and out in less than 7 minutes. Pharmacy is next to the main entrance don't go through the back entrance like my good maps told me lol hope this helps.

It's the worst. They say the pharmacy is open 24 hours but all the doors are locked including the back door as well. Nobody answers the call.

This is a really good Pharmacy but it's also very busy. It has nine cashiers to help patients picking up prescriptions so you don't have a long wait. This is the only drawback I know. Well actually, they don't have an awful lot of over the Shelf medications.
