Kaiser Permanente Pharmacies

I’ve experienced this a few times and I have to say the discharge pharmacy has a few men who could use help with customer service… one is taller with a small goat tee and slick black hair, he seems to only do a portion of the work leading to unnecessarily longer wait times. There’s a woman I believe named Lucy she’s quite nice.

I love just browsing the shelves for stuff I didn’t know I needed while I wait for my prescription to be filled. Knee brace? Check. Gas X? Heck yeah. Weird lotion? Sure.

Friendly staff. Usually quicker than they say it'll be. But the mask mandate lost it's 2 stars. I still don't wear one but regardless it's ridiculous they make you grab from a box that over 100 people have touched when you're not sick to grab your own mask. Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

The line was long. But service was fast and easy. Availability was great for in-store products. And it was comfortable. Along with attractive people there too.

I don’t give five stars just because the sometimes make wait for my prescriptions that where ordered online. Other than that is pretty good
