Kaiser Permanente Mail Order Pharmacy

I've been searching for a package for 4 days. I moved in for the first time earlier this week and mixed up my address on the kaiser website. USPS said my address was not valid and the tracking info said sent back to sender. After 2 hours of calling back and forth between kaiser and USPS (which no longer has any information on my package). I was finally directed here where all packages are sent out. A woman answered me on the phone and I explained to her the situation. She told me I was going to need to call my local USPS and I told her I had showed up in person and that they didn't have it, that they had returned it to the sender which, to my knowledge, should be this location. I did a mail order for the first time because of my busy schedule. Not only did I have to go without my meds for over a week, the last two scripts came without even being closed properly. My meds were all over the dirty bag. Who knows what is inside of the packaging that I know have to ingest. I’ll never mail order again if I can help it. Seriously over a week and I’m a diabetic. I could of gotten sick. I’m so shocked at this because I literally never had any issues with this company before. Please kaiser get with amazon or UPS or somebody to improve your logistics or ordering system. It really needs improvement.

I spook to the rudest women yesterday and today. I hope you really record your phone calls. But she is mean and has a attitude and very short with me. I cant even believe she works in such a place with the way she talks. Her name is Brook. Please listen to the way this women talks to people very unprofessional to even be apart of Kaiser.

The mail order pharmacy is great until you have a problem then it’s absolutely terrible to get issues resolved.

Even though I'm covered by MFA mail order charged me....twice The their supervisor chrissie gave me a bad address to request a refund
