Kaiser Permanente Labor and Delivery

Very unsatisfied. Gave birth august 2025. Nurse Desiree was very abusive. Throwing my legs around slamming them on the bed left finger print and a whole hand bruises on my calves. During a contraction I held on to the bed rail and she pealed my fingers off and bent them backwards and raised her voice at me saying they could read the blood pressure cuff because I was gripping the bed. She was very disrespectful and shouldn’t be working with vulnerable women in active labor. My mom had told her to stop and she ran out of the room. When my mom left it was even worse. When I told her the baby was coming she laughed in my face and said no he’s not belittling me and I kept trying to tell her but she wasn’t listening so I started pushing on my own and when half his body was out she called the doc

The worst experience I ever had with a hospital. I'm ashamed to be a Kaiser employee 😪. I had preeclampsia, so I had stat c-section at 32 weeks. Baby was taking to NICU. When I finally could come and check on her, dr Moses prohibited me from coming to see my baby... He thinks I'm infectious! I had a flu 10 days ago, which triggered my preeclampsia. He wanted me to be tested on all the viruses possible, and I did. All my tests came back negative! They let me see my baby for about 30 min with mask on. I had to clear my throat at one point and Dr. Moses heard me🙉😱🥹. He told everyone on NICU to stop me and do not let me in to see my baby. They treat me like a plague! With all my tests done! OB doctors been calling doctors in NICU telling that I'm not infectious. They don't care! Im just one

Outstanding staff. Amazing service. Made sure the wife was taken care of every step and every minute of the day. Big thank you to Karen and the rest of the staff members for making sure our child came safely to this world.
