I am really disappointed with the patient service at this location. I went to the Atrium level, clinic nurse, and the 2 receptionist at the time of visits were the worst. They do not greet you with a friendly attitude at all. The patients wait for over an hour with or without appointment. I spoke to 3 different individuals waiting to be seen. No follow up on the receptionist end or anybody for that matter. One must follow up personally with them every 15minutes because they either forgot to check you in correctly or just didn’t enter you in the system. This is the worst kind of service to provide from a medical magna like Kaiser. I pay a medium price with them and really expect better service all around. Lack of professionalism all around. I have been a patient at this clinic for the past year following my diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis; a chronic, progressive illness that causes joint pain, muscle pain, and fatigue. During my most recent visit, I requested an extension for my temporary disability placard due to ongoing mobility challenges. My rheumatologist performed a brief two-minute joint exam and stated that I did not qualify. She claimed that joint pain alone is not a valid reason for a placard and that I would need to be in an active flare, essentially "crawling into her office," to be considered. Which is difficult to predict since this is a chronic illness. She also stated that issuing one would constitute medical fraud. Pretty impressed! I had heard mixed reviews about Kaiser, but I was impressed by the quality and ease of service. I was able to get everything I needed done here; it felt like Costco for health matters! Dr. Flores was very kind and knowledgeable. The only con is that parking was quite hard to find and there is no validation. Otherwise, a slay!
