This is a great pharmacy however, I agreet with Steve about it being closed at lunch when a lot of people are free to pick up prescriptions then. I don't have that issue, my issue is that your website says you're open on Saturday's and I drove over this past Saturday to pick up a prescription and guess what???? You were closed. Can you please update your webisite so that the information is correct? Other than that, the people are friendly, fast and efficient.
Let's see, when are working people most free to get help in the KP pharmacy in Indio? Yes, lunch time, which is when this pharmacy closes. Is it just me, or are there a few of us who think this is dumb.
Great customer service. 4 stars in comparison to my usual pharmacy in Northern California as it is normal for this pharmacy to require 24 hours to fill a prescription.
Staff isn’t all that friendly and hours are horrible! Lunch break is a ridiculous time for working people!!
