Kaiser Permanente Fresno Orchard Plaza Medical Offices

The new Kaiser Permanente Fresno Orchard Plaza is absolutely beautiful! The building is modern, bright, and super clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the exam rooms are spacious and comfortable. You can tell it’s still a work in progress, but it’s already an incredible addition to the community — and it’s only going to get better. Fresno is very lucky to have this new medical plaza!

The last time I went to this facility I had accidentally gone to the main hospital. I then had to get back on the bus. When I arrived at the bus stop I had to walk several blocks to get to the facility. This was in the heat of summer. You would think a major hospital system would have offered a shuttle to this facility. Not everyone has a vehicle or someone to take them to the new facility.

In love the new setup. It feels far more homely and comfortable with all the space. I like the way the lab works here, seems to go faster. The a staff were nice and even the rooms in back are comfortable and bright.

What a beautiful plaza this is... inside and out. Kaiser did a great job, and staff are as kind as ever. Yes, parking for now might be an issue, but it's mostly because they have so many people there now to ensure smooth operations. Give yourself some extra time; you will find a spot. Just be happy that they invested millions of dollars in our community. Only suggestion: perhaps add a coffee stand or a small coffee shop with grab-and-go snacks. After a blood draw, it would be great to have access to some food items. Thank you again, Kaiser.
