I am sitting at Kaiser right now. My second visit. I reached at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. After 25 mins of trying to find a parking I left my kid and wife in the car and came to the checkin. The counter had no sign that it is room 242, department for audiology, so I went to other counter that had tiny sign of dermatology so I came back. Only one receptionist helping patient. Then I waited about 8 mins in line and second receptionist came to check me in. She started taunting in rude manner. That it's 10:50 now you are checking in for 10:30 appointment. When I explained her the problem she said we should estimate 30 mins for Parking. She said they will take me if I wait. At 12:01 PM I just asked her if it is feasible today.
