Kaiser Health Plan B Phy

They have a bad management with control medications like the ones for seizures. Even I order them 5 days in advance before I run out of them, they don’t have them in stock. I have a week tracking my order and they sent the prescription to a different Kaiser pharmacy, they canceled the order trying to send it to Fresno pharmacy B, I called to check if the prescription will be ready before Saturday they told me I could pick it up in the afternoon and when I showed up they didn’t have it. They wanted me to go to a different pharmacy or check if the doctor could make and adjustment with another medication. The pharmacist was very rude telling me that I only have 3 options go to the other pharmacy that was about to close and I didn’t have transportation, stay the weekend without medication or
