The staff assigned to the exit gate refused to listen to suggestions on how to help 4 other vehicles pass while trying to troubleshoot the parking ticket. Instead he angrily and abruptly replied “1 second” which took a very long time. He also totally ignored while I try to re-initiate a conversation about our situation. Remedy: He could ask the driver in the photo to park while his ticket is being sorted out instead of blocking the exit gate. He could also update other drivers waiting at the exit and provide some estimate time of resolution. Who knows what personal circumstances they have at the moment in which they cannot wait for more than 8-10 minutes just to exit the gate - possibly time-sensitive personal and business transactions, hungry kids, fasting patients who went for a lab tes

Thanks to Steve for patiently explaining how the process works for specific things. He was nice enough to take his time to explain and even though I was frustrated I wasn’t aware of recent events that made it even more difficult for the pharmacy. I was trying to expedite to make a meeting and even though challenges existed I was processed quickly and still made my meeting. I’ve left several reviews for pharmacy staff that have always amazed me because they are on the front lines and I applaud their work ethic. I do my best to not be crabby or frustrated and honestly it’s a challenge for me but thankfully my little ESA Precious gives me a look and rolls her eyes and I’m instantly embarrassed.
