Pretty consistent place. Been doing a lot of stuff with my daughter there lately and they've been really really fast. But I lost a can koozie there a few weeks ago and I've been asking who I talk to and they all say the security guard at the round table by the front door and I have not seen anybody sitting there EVER! Okay...once.
3-4 hour wait for urgent care is NOT healthcare!! this is pathetic and ridiculous. can't wait to get rid of trash insurance that kaiser thinks is acceptable.
I love Kaiser. My Dr.'s are great. All care in one place!
Not a bad place. Dig that covered parking. Fast pharmacy is faster if you call ahead.
Bad service, never go there again.
