Kaiser Cadillac

Hospitals scare me, but Takia Thompson at Kaiser medical center on Cadillac helps make my experience manageable. No matter how long the queue of patients is; no matter the temperament of the patients; no matter the number of questions patients have; Takia consistently greets each patient with a positive disposition, patience, and affable demeanor. Combined, this makes me feel like she genuinely cares about helping us get to our appointments. It’s her job to direct us, but she’s not paid to be kind, and yet, her energy is kind-natured anyway. Again, consistently, with every patient, on multiple visits. Her professionalism and efforts has helped ease my anxiety about hospitals. In addition, Dr. Curry and his team are also affable and phenomenal as well.

I delivered both of my children at this facility. Majority of the staff were great. I absolutely do not like that you have to pay for parking though

The service inside was good inside ER staff was amazing. HOWEVER, when I was leaving the parking lot, my 3-year-old’s drink spilled on his lap. We had just been there because he has a sore on his genitals, so I quickly pulled over from the kaiser exit near the alley for about 15 seconds to help him. A nurse (or other medical staff member) behind me immediately started honking. I moved further to the side of the alley so she could pass, but she kept honking. When I rolled down my window and waved to pass and explain that I was helping my child, she ignored me and continued saying things instead of showing any understanding. As a medical professional, I would expect more compassion. It’s disappointing to see someone in that role act so impatient and unprofessional once they step outside t

There Hospital is easy to get to facility is very clean they have a friendly staff with good bedside manners good parking and if your hungry good eats locally and shopping.

It's not perfect, like any ER it's got wait times, but the doctors at this location actually care and took amazing care of me thank you Dr. Villalpando
