Kaiser building 4 - 1 North

This is the worst customer service at Kaiser Injection clinic building 4. The receptionist has a very bad attitude towards the patients. She has a rude tone as if she hates her job. My husband waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for an injection and he did not get called because he did not have an appointment. I asked the nurse when it was going to be his turn, and she said he had to wait longer. She did not know when he could be attended. It is ridiculous to have to wait so long when there were not even a lot of people. We just ended leaving after wasting so much time. It’s so frustrating when you are paying so much money for this insurance and not getting the service you deserve.
