Kaiser Bldg. A, 2nd floor

Our experience at Kaiser Permanente Roseville has been unacceptable. My father has been hospitalized for over a week with no clear diagnosis, no treatment plan, and no sense of urgency, despite being in constant pain. We have repeatedly requested additional testing to clarify his condition, but these requests have been refused without adequate explanation. Communication has been poor, with vague or inconsistent information provided when we ask for updates. Several staff members have been dismissive, leaving us feeling unheard and ignored. Watching our father suffer while receiving inadequate care has been devastating for our family. This level of neglect is alarming and should not happen in a medical facility. Immediate improvement is needed.

Absolutely aweful place. Went to emergency, armed rude guards outside like we were in a prison. My poor wife was in terrible pain, spent 20 hours so far in The hall, along with many many others. Like a bad hospital movie. being bumped and sneezed on next to the Covid patients. My wife was in even more misery , if that is possible, then before we arrived. No rooms even though we pay thousands for Kaiser per month. Still here sitting. Staff is way over worked as our nurse said “he can’t see straight since he was on hour 16 of a double shift”. Not too comforting. We are now stuck, still in the hall like animals. Please. Save yourself the grief we are experiencing, if you have a choice, choose a health care system that cares. Not Kaiser.

Kaiser Top Notch Hospital Emergency department! Nurses were great and Helpful , Doctors were great. Especially security guard he helped me on wheelchair when I couldn't walk. It was A great Experience.
