It's nearly impossible for Dr. Hammerich to keep an appointment. Its completely frustrating that every appointment I make continues to get canceled. He is one of the nicest Doctors I've ever met but when you've had a procedure cancelled 5 times it becomes irritating and inconvenient.

This is a well organized facility, from the time you check in until the time you leave. Dr . Hemmerich is tops in his field, very easy to work with, explains all benefits and any pitfalls if present with your treatment plan.

I received a prescription for a medication early last year from Dr Hammerich. After using it for 2 refills and having a follow-up appointment with Dr Hammerich the pharmacy in 12/22 said they needed a refill sent from doctor’s office. The pharmacy contacted the doctor’s office 3 times over weeks for a refill and got no response. I am a physician and called twice being told the script would be sent. After several weeks without the medication the script was send. But, it took so long the insurance company then required a pre authorization. We’re now approaching Spring with no med. After CVS and I contacted the office repeatedly they got the pre authorization but the script had expired it had been months. I had an appointment scheduled and called. I've been seeing Dr Hammerich for the past 4 months including tests and surgical procedures. I have had very few experiences with surgery and treatment of this nature, and never had seen a urologist before, so I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. I will say that Dr Hammerich is a very kind and personable doctor and I'm glad I was connected with him by my PCP. I doubt, under the circumstances, that my experience could have been any better. I'd recommend Dr Hammerich and Bristol Health to anyone.
