K9’s Grooming

Deja is a dog whisperer. She had my anxious chihuahua’s nails trimmed in less than two minutes. I’ve never seen my dog that relaxed with a stranger before!

Amanda is nothing short of AMAZING! My one-year-old German Shepherd began reacting negatively toward nail cuts several weeks back. I learned of K-9 through a personal recommendation and I can tell you that all of the great things I heard were true. She was professional, courteous and was able to get my dog trimmed quickly, and without any negative reactions. I was thrilled. I was so impressed and relieved. What's more, they are EXTREMELY reasonable on price. I wish the review option had 6 stars. 🙂

For the 2nd time I am disappointed with the grooming at K-9's. Previously my elderly dog, who was almost deaf and blind, came home with 1/2 of his groom undone and many (many) razor burns on him. I specifically asked them to take their time with him because of his age and pain. However, he was done in 1 hour????? I let this go because he had become somewhat difficult to groom due to his arthritis. However, this last groom of my other dog, who is an absolute sweetheart, was not up to the standard that I think a $100 groom should be. We mentioned that his beard (he is a standard schnauzer) was quite dirty and needed special washing attention. When he came home, his beard was still very dirty and smelled like it hadn't even been washed. In this case.....2 strikes, you're out. I will be findin
