Best in Sweetwater County for customer service - as a provider, I highly recommend privately owned pharmacies for the most individualized service (nothing against chain pharmacies which are good too!) Alma and Jackie go way beyond good service for their clients and help those us who are helping our patients! 5 Stars aren't enough :)

This is the best pharmacy in sweetwater county. Alma from Pamida owns it. Guys support this local owned bussines. Better service all the way around.

Some of the best customer experience I have encountered. I was dealing with a lot of insurance/discount program tomfoolery and the pharmacist/representative that picked up the phone and walked me through the process (patiently twice since it wasn't clicking for me) was exceptionally helpful. Outside this encounter they are very on top of their stuff. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking.

The first time I was in the pharmacy,it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Today was very different. The lady that greeted me and even checked me out was very kind. She had a smile on her face and asked if I had any questions from the pharmacist. I give it 5 stars today!

Always a wait, no matter the circumstance. Don't have prescriptions ready and won't inform you if pill count is low b/c they have no stock. If they hadn't replaced smiths as only option for Aetna, probably wouldn't stay in business.
