K C Pharmacy

This place is the most amazing, dead right in the middle of NOVA at Lorton Station. Everyone knows your name when you walk in the door with a friendly smile, that hooked me from the first time to 6+ years later. Forget about CVS, Walgreens, KC is 1000% better and a hell of a lot faster then standing in a 6+ people lines that take 40 minutes...

Tried them instead of the closer pharmacy because insurance prefers using them and they do home delivery, my Insulin is never sent with proper packaging to make sure it is the right temp and not already warm by the time it is delivered, I keep getting syringes instead of pen needles, and they will wait until I call wondering why my meds were never delivered before informing me if there was a new prior authorization needed for a prescription. I have never had any of these issues of getting warm meds that should be refrigerated, getting syringes instead of pen needles, or waiting until I am out of my prescriptions before making any attempts to inform me there is an issue with filling it with my previous pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. You can always get a member of the pharmacy staff on the phone and there are no longer waits in a line to pick up prescriptions like there are at CVS.

I am traveling and forgot my medicine. They were able to help me quickly so I would not miss my train! They were beyond helpful!

I read the positive reviews and decided to try KC Pharmacy to order a hospital bed for my elderly mother who as Parkinson's Disease and dementia. I paid for the bed and delivery to her apartment in Lorton. I made the arrangements in person because I explained that I had to have her old bed removed before the new bed was delivered due to space. I was assured the bed would be delivered today (Wednesday). About 2:00 pm, I called because I hadn't heard anything. I was told there was an "emergency" with the delivery person and was asked if the bed could be delivered Thursday. I said no because she has no place to sleep, so I was then told "okay we will have it delivered later this afternoon, after 5:00 pm". It is now 8:35 pm and no one came and no one called because KC Pharmacy lied and does no
