Lady at front desk is very rude and she wouldnt listen to me when i said i needed to fix my address in the computer so that i could receive any mail from them doctors were very nice was in and out fast they need a new front desk lady for sure

I got my dentures from K & C about 2 years ago. Because of bone loss issues, I have needed multiple adjustments. They have never made me feel like I was a burden and are quick to fix any issue. I drive 90 minutes for the office and will continue to do so.

Wife went there for an immediate plate to have put in after surgery and nothing fit... the surgeon said the plate was absolutely horrible... doesn't fit at all... can't close mouth... staff is terribly rude 10 out of 10 don't recommend if I could give zero stars I would.... this place is absolute trash, all they care about is the money you bring.... wont even refund the plate they made that is 100 percent unusable... I pray people see this comment before wasting time and money at this "clinic". Let's see if someone will make this right......

They did a great job making me a new lower plate, after a different dentist made me a poorly fitting one and then replaced it with another poor fitting one. The staff was friendly and the process was much quicker than the prior place. My only small issue is that I couldn't call that office when I left a drink container there after my appointment. The 800 number goes to a main office that schedules appointments for all their locations. The receptionist wouldn't even give me a number to call direct to the Lamar office.

The receptionist was ok, the technician was very nice, the dentist who did not introduce himself who I thought was a janitor came from behind me and stuck fingers in my mouth and started stretching, stretching, stretching until I scooted away from him. My mouth was sore for 2 weeks after. No dentist had ever done this before and I had never been told I had a small mouth. I sincerely believe there was a sexual motive but no one pays attention to an abused woman. I reported this to the manager(probably the same dentist) and now no clinic will see me, even if I become braver than I am now and want my teeth fixed. Toothless is better than assault. Horrible experience 1 year ago that I’m still not over.
